Charlotte VS Toni Storm

Good evening and welcome to Impact Wrestling. We are six days away from our Pay Per View but first a quick recap from last week. Candice Michelle came out on top in a tough match with Angelina Love where Angelina dominated much of the contest but got caught out with a spinning heel kick mid spear. Still no word as to when Velvet Sky might cash in but it won’t be this Sunday as she has a title defence against Melina. Onto tonight’s main event now and here comes Charlotte looking confident that she will earn her contract tonight. Now comes the young upstart Toni Storm, she may be less experienced but this girl is powerful and won her place in the final the hard way unlike Charlotte. There’s the bell, who will become our newest TNA Knockout?

They lock up for what looks like a test of strength but Toni Storm wins it easily, shoving Charlotte backwards and down to the canvas. Toni has her arms up in celebration to the fans at ringside, turning back towards Charlotte, SPEAR!!! Charlotte drilled the youngster with all of that one, almost breaking her in two. There’s the cover, one, two, shoulder up in time. Charlotte is quickly back to her feet and lying in wait for her opponent who makes it to her hands and knees, Natural Selection connects. Toni Storm is sprawled out on the mat, all Charlotte has to do is make the cover but it looks like she wants to add injury to insult as she sets up for Figure Eight. Toni counters with a small package, one, kick out by Charlotte. Toni Storm is slow to her feet as she rises to face Charlotte who drops her with a Big Boot right to the face. Charlotte again with the cover, one, two, shoulder up by Toni Storm. The young Australian is hanging in there but for how much longer? Charlotte’s experience is helping her pick Toni Storm apart in this contest. Charlotte wasting very little motion stomps the life out of Toni Storm still down on the mat, leaving her motionless as the Queen starts to scale the turnbuckles. The daughter of Ric Flair has been as dominant as I’ve ever seen her this evening, pointing down to her prey to signal the end for her. From the top rope, Moonsault, NO!!! Toni Storm gets the knees up, leaving Charlotte in serious pain as she clutches her midsection. She might have busted her ribs on the landing. Toni Storm can barely stand as she uses the ropes to pull herself up and steady herself. Charlotte is in a world of hurt after that failed Moonsault, what does her opponent have in store for her?

Good god that’s one brutal submission hold, look at the pressure being applied as she crushes Charlotte with the Kondo Clutch. Oh my god, she taps! Charlotte Flair just tapped out to Toni Storm, what a huge upset. Toni Storm breaks down in tears of joy as she becomes the newest Knockout on the roster. Charlotte will be devastsated that once again, a spot on the roster just slips her grasp.
